- ¡Hermano!

Y yo tampoco.”

- Brother! - Soren heard a plonk behind him and turned to check the status of their commander.
- Oh, shit. Ike! - He knelt beside the unconscious body of the blue-haired to check their constant while the roar of the approaching enemy deafened him. Probably the handle of a tomahawk had beaten his temple.
- Soren, What think you're doing? Run! - Titania's scream made him raise his head. The mercenaries were already quite far, trying to escape the ambush that they had tended so skillfully.

"Just one second separate the courage of the surrender. But running is not an option, all I can do is move forward. Advance for you, to work your way. Because only you can do it, only you can be the desired light for which we have been waiting so long in the dark. "

He tried to carry the weight of the mercenary on his shoulder, but it was too heavy for him. The unconscious body fell to the ground. He sought help from his teammates, but they were too far away. It was understandable, because Ike and he had been the last to cover the escape of his comrades. Titania continued yelling at him. Time was running out, what should He do?

"I always had a blind faith in you, in dreams you set out to do, but what would you do in my situation, if I who was in danger? Fight to protect me until the end, no doubt, because you have a brave heart. And what about me? Could it be that this force also resides within me? I want to find that value in me, I want to burn with strength to protect the light. Your light. "

For a moment, he felt like the time had stopped, as if everything around him happened in slow motion. The sage was aware of the deafening noise of galloping hoofs; the heavy breathing of his commander, who was lying on the ground, helpless; the remains of his magic book in his belt, who had not endured the brutal pressure of his magic in the bitter struggle; the healing staff that he was holding between his hands, in a desperate attempt to restore consciousness to the blue-haired; the gray clouds covering the sky.

"The clouds cover the sky, it is true. Since I can remember my world has been covered by the shadows, my heart flooded by rain. There was no sunshine in it, but I have continued fighting despite all, isn't it? I have continued to advance and progress despite the exhaustion, with a belief verging to madness that I'll find something at the end of the way. I've never had a map, a guide to follow, It has always been the case with people like me. Nothing is known of us, about we can do or not, what we deserve or not. No one has bothered to write books about us, only about how to identify us and destroy us. But does that mean we can not do anything? Or, conversely, mean that we can do whatever? "

A ray of light pierced the clouds at that time, discovering under the gray blanket around them a world full of vibrant colors.

"Maybe there's a new me under the gray mask behind which I try to hide me, a new courage to give me strength to protect him. Yes, I can feel a force inside me, hidden under the fear that has chained me throughout my life. I can make it wake up if I believe in it, if my heart is brave enough. I'm sure that my condition has not only given me to suffer for it, there's more. And I will discover that this is. "

The little magician got up, still holding the staff. He turned to face the soldiers who came to him and spread his legs, preparing to receive the onslaught. Enemy soldiers laughed in the distance, his teammates screamed behind him scared, thinking that he was crazy. But he heard no warnings. The sage flexed his knees and extended his arms along the stick, noting how their energy is mixed with his own. He closed his eyes, trying to channel the energies that were intertwined with his spirit. And then he opened them again.

"All my doubts were dissipate. The faith in your words is even stronger. You've always believed in my power, I could do anything I wanted. And is for this that I'll protect you. I will not allow that your trust in me were vanish. The chains of fear tied me for too long. It's time to break it, to leave behind my weakness.. For you, Ike. You will not die here without fulfilling your dreams. Neither I"

The riders reached their height and brandished their weapons to finish them. A scream echoed through the forest. A guttural sound closer to the roar of a dragon than a human voice. The horses reared up, afraid. With a hitherto unknown force, Soren hit hardly with the staff, cleaving the air, which thus became a whirlwind. The wind around them was propelled forward like a hurricane, destroying everything in its path. And then the world exploded around them.

- Ike! Respond, are you okay? - The blue-haired opened his eyes, and Titania's frightened gaze appeared before him. His eyes had a tinge of bewilderment that he was concerned.
- What happened? - He looked around. They were on the road by which they had fled, but there was no sign of enemy soldiers. Some trees had fallen to the ground. Everyone seemed surprised and puzzled.
- Something beat you in the head while we were running and you has fallen unconscious.
- And why I'm not dead or imprisoned? Do not get me wrong, I'm happy for this but... - The redhead looked down, a little behind him. Soren was unconscious in the arms of Rhys who tried to revive him. His clothes and his hair was tangled, as if a tornado had passed over him. The mercenary came near, worried, but the priest gave him a nervous smile indicating that everything was fine.
- It has only fallen unconscious from exhaustion. Do not really know what happened, but it seems ... Well, that sounds crazy, but ... - In the eyes of his companions he could see that they not just believe what had happened. - Well ... When you was on the ground, Soren has been planted in front of you and, with a single gesture, made blow to all who were before him. I don't understand how...
- I do. - The mercenaries looked puzzled his commander that, far from seeming surprised, smiled relieved. He had noticed the smile of happiness drawn on the face of the magician. - It seems that Soren has finally begun to believe in himself.

I love that I was not at all looking for anything related to this. I wasn't looking up Cosplay, Soren, Fire Emblem, Nintendo, or even video games at all. But I got this.

Today is a good day.

There isn't. Thank you for bringing more to the world then.

My friend and I were trying to understand how the fandom Rise of the Brave Tangled Dragons came to be. I was trying to find the this: [link] which was the first picture I'd ever seen of this fandom.

But I'm glad I found this XD

"fandom... mutation... thing?" XD that is a great description. That's a pretty big stretch in key words DA, way to go XD Maybe DA just knows me. It's not like I haven't searched for Soren before.
Well, apparently people are saying Brave is the Disney/Pixar equivalent to Dragons. And though I don't entirely agree, I can understand how they were connected through their viking lifestyles (Despite the fact that she's Scottish, and he's Nordic). *shrug* it makes for some nice pictures.

Yeah, that's the one we were having trouble with too. At the end we just kinda figured that she got along with Jack because she's blessed by the Sun, he's blessed by the Moon (Yay Manny :'D). Also the idea that Jack's been free, but no one ever saw him, and though Rapunzel had company, she was never free. *shrug* that was the tough one >.<
